Baxter's Harbour Falls is a beautiful coastal waterfall that drops over basalt cliffs toward the Bay of Fundy. At low tide, the falls descend directly onto exposed rock and shoreline, and at high tide, the lower portion meets rising seawater. The changing tides make each visit noticeably different, and worth of capturing a few memorable photos any time.
