This1.6 kilometre forest loop is connected to the main trail system via Spring Trail. The route runs parallel to a small creek for much of its length, with stretches where you can hear the water even when it’s not fully visible through the trees. The path is mostly level, well-maintained, and shaded by hemlock, spruce, and mixed hardwoods. In autumn, the changing leaves light up the entire loop with colour, making it one of the most scenic sections in the network. Even with good signage, the trail system becomes more intricate as you go, so downloading your komoot map beforehand is helpful.
