This viewpoint on Paint Mountain has fantastic 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains on a thin strip of accessible trail. Several radio towers and a helipad mark the top, where Pine Lake sits simmering below. The actual summit of Paint Mountain lies northeast across a long ridge.
