The actually artistically valuable horizon observatory had to be closed and fenced in shortly after its opening due to damage. A legal battle has been going on for more than half a decade. According to the report, the renovation costs are so high that demolition cannot be ruled out. The only thing left for visitors to do is to visit from a distance.
A visit to the Hoheward dump itself, however, is a clear recommendation for hikers and cyclists, because the view with good visibility definitely compensates for the effort of the ascent.

Imposing structure. The inner surface of the Horizontobservatoriums is unfortunately blocked because of construction defects to enter. The way here is still worthwhile. Great view.
