                The Schwansener See nature reserve is looked after by the German Nature Conservation Association (NABU), which also runs an information hut on site where you can find out everything about the flora and fauna at Schwansener Lake.
                Since 2019, a 4 meter high viewing platform has risen above the NABU hut, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the nature reserve and the Baltic Sea beach. It is advisable to have your own binoculars when visiting the nature reserve; However, you can also rent one in the NABU information hut during opening hours.
