The single-nave village church Proseken is one of the typical brick churches in the Baltic Sea region. Built in the 13th century, it has undergone several changes over the centuries. It was first mentioned in a document in 1222.
The 50 m high church tower was only built in 1668 and serves as a landmark. In the early 1990s, renovation work was carried out on the tower and roof.
