The church was built in 1697-1710 using funds from the village owner Ivan Ofrosimov. It was consecrated in 1710.
In 1854-1859, the refectory, bell tower, Nikolsky and Vsekhsvyatsky chapels were rebuilt according to the design of the St. Petersburg architect Vasily Nebolsin.
Today, the church is in operation and belongs to the Moscow Martha and Mary Convent.
