High above Port Louise was built by the English the citadel. From here you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the city and the mountains in the hinterland.
On Sunday the citadel was closed, although according to the plan there is essentially just an open space inside. The view is great, no question. There is also a fitness course in front of the citadel with the same great panorama of the harbor and the city.
