The Binswanger Kelter was built in 1574 as a tithe. Today it houses the Erlenbacher Weinbaumuseum. Probably unique in Germany are the covered "iron racks" from the 18th century, which are created around the winepress. In them the husbandmen preserved their autumn dishes. Open only after prior registration in the town hall.
