The Wasserschloss Bodelschwingh is definitely one of the most beautiful moated castles in Germany. Curved gables and turrets are reflected in the surrounding water, which truly provides an impressive picture. The castle is privately owned, so unfortunately can not be visited from the inside.

One of the most beautiful moated castles. Entering the private grounds of Haus Bodelschwingh is only allowed at events or on the day of the open monument. You can walk around and in the adjacent forest great or cycling.
