The Eberbach Monastery in the Rheingau presents an extraordinary exhibition of contemporary art.
The internationally renowned artist Markus Lüpertz is showing his large bronze sculptures in the gardens of the monastery until October 1, as the Eberbach Monastery Foundation announced on Monday in Eltville (Rheingau-Taunus). Lüpertz, who was rector of the Düsseldorf Art Academy from 1988 to 2009, is presenting his sculptures as part of the art campaign "Blickachsen 11".
