The Winsen Museum Farm is an ideal stopover for a cycling tour through the southern Lüneburg Heath, especially along the Aller Cycle Path. Nestled in the idyllic town center of Winsen (Aller), the historic farm, with its original buildings dating from the 17th to 19th centuries, offers an authentic glimpse into rural life in the past. In addition to the central hall building dating from 1653, the forge, bakery, granary, and herb garden invite you to linger and explore. Cyclists will find not only cultural variety but also relaxation here: The "Kalandstube" farm café serves regional cakes and drinks, the terrace offers outdoor seating, and an orchard creates a pleasant atmosphere.

Bicycles can also be easily parked. Those interested can learn more about rural life in earlier times with an audio guide available in several languages or on a guided tour. The museum farm is perfect for a relaxing break with added cultural value.
