The Jian Qing Huai Gu trail is located at the Taiping mountain in Yilan county in northern Taiwan at an altitude of ca 1900 meters. It is about 800 m long after parts of the trail were destroyed in a landslide in 2022. The trail follows the old rails which were used by the Japanese colonial government to transport the cedar trees which they logged in the area more than a century ago.
Of note, CNN has listed the trail as one of the 28 most beautiful trails in the world.
