The Högarps By cultural reserve in the parish of Stenberga, about 30 kilometers southeast of Vetlanda, is a very well-preserved example of a picturesque old cultural landscape, as was once typical in this part of the Småland highlands.

Circular trails of varying lengths lead through the reserve, some of which follow the main gravel paths and are accessible by wheelchair or stroller. There are also unpaved trails that lead across pastures and through a wooded area, some of which require crossing the occasional pasture fence.
