The hunting lodge Glienicke is one of the oldest castles in the area. It was built in 1682 as a side residence of the Great Elector and today serves as a conference venue.
The castle cannot be visited. The park is freely accessible. Since 2007, the Berlin-Brandenburg Social Pedagogical Training Institute (SFBB) has had its headquarters in Glienicke Hunting Lodge and is responsible for the care and maintenance of the castle and park.
The Glienicke hunting lodge is located in the Berlin district of Wannsee, near the Glienicke Bridge and within sight of the Glienicke and Babelsberg castles.
Today the castle is home to the Berlin-Brandenburg Social Pedagogical Training Institute
