The road to it consists entirely of rubble, then you will be met by a fence made of bitten chain-link mesh, which can be repaired at any moment. Then there is a technical pipe through which you can pass in a bent position. After that you will run into an embankment with a guardrail of the alternate Central Ring Road. I strongly advise against going there. It is better to find a detour
