Pisia – a river in Poland, in the Masovian Voivodeship on the Łowicko-Błońska Plain, a right tributary of the Bzura (it flows into Sochaczew). The length of the river is 58.5 km, and the catchment area is 501.4 km².

The Pisia is formed by the confluence of two rivers: the larger Pisia Gągolina (formerly called Radziejówka) and the smaller Pisia Tuczna. Both have their sources in the Rawska Upland southeast of the town of Mszczonów and join south of the village of Kaski.
