Menaggio is an Italian municipality of 3,094 inhabitants in the province of Como in Lombardy. The municipality is part of the Mountain Community of the Lario and Ceresio Valleys located on the western shore of Lake Como at the entrance to the valley of the same name. It consists of a center and three hamlets: Croce, Loveno and Nobiallo.

Holidaymakers appreciate the pleasant atmosphere around the old town center, where shops, cafés and restaurants come together to form a holiday-friendly ensemble. The 'Piazza centrale' directly on the lakeshore attracts many guests in and out of season who appreciate this lively ambience.

a lively place with many restaurants and outdoor cafés - ideal to have a latte or ice cream waiting for the ferry. So nice that it is well worth to even skip a ferry and take the next one ;-)
