The brick Church of the Nativity of Christ was built in 1841-1851 with the participation of the landowner A.K. Polivanov in the Empire style. This is a temple under a domed roof with a two-aisled refectory and a bell tower. The refectory chapels are the icons of the Mother of God "The Sign" and St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. In the late 1930s, the church was closed and the bell tower was destroyed. The village of Ilkodino was evicted in 1953 during the expansion of the artillery range.
