The plebiscite was held on July 11, 1920, in the area of Warmia, Masuria, and Powiśle.
In the plebiscite, the population of Warmia, Masuria, and Powiśle was to decide whether to annex these lands to the newly established Polish state or to leave them within the borders of East Prussia and West Prussia.
