The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary is a Roman Catholic church in the town of Blatná in the Strakonice District. The church belongs to the Blatná Parish, which is part of the Strakonice Vicariate and the Diocese of České Budějovice. The Gothic church was built between 1444 and 1515 on the site of the original Romanesque church. In front of the church stands a separate bell tower, originally Baroque in 1723, which was restored in the Neo-Gothic style after a fire. It is a protected cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
