Bicycles are prohibited from the Kajetansbrücke bridge. Whether this is just because of the construction or always like this, I can't find out. But the B180 (Reschenstraße) should be avoided at all times as a climb. Traffic moves very fast and is particularly heavy during the holiday season; no one expects stray cyclists, and it's deafeningly loud and crowded in the galleries. If you value your life, ride over the Norberthöhe. I really don't know in what world this is supposed to be a "relaxed ride," and the view of the trucks speeding past in the tunnels is certainly very charming...
