Very narrow, relatively busy road. Then there are the Tunisian drivers who don't know the word distance. The newer and bigger the cars, the worse the drivers (especially when they pass quickly and closely, even pushing and shoving into oncoming traffic > and that on a Sunday!).
If you're scared, it's better not to drive here.
If you don't want a car to blast past you at 120km/h with a gap of 5cm, you should have strong nerves and just drive in the middle of the lane and make way when the traffic from behind has slowed down.
It's possible and most drivers are considerate, but it's not easy. A Garmin radar and a Corky The Beam rearview mirror are an advantage here.
But things are getting better, the pictures of the construction site are from 2025, 2026, and by 2027 at the latest the dam should be expanded to two lanes in each direction.
