The lower part is all about the genocide in Rwanda - there are also some exhibits that are quite disturbing. The upper part is about the genocides of the past decades and the murdered children in Rwanda. It is unbelievable that the world looked the other way for so long.
A museum commemorating the German colonial period in Rwanda. It is named after Richard Kandt, the first German governor in Kigali. The building dates from that time. Today's Kigali grew around this building. Photography is not allowed in the building itself.
