The town of Saou is beautifully embedded in a valley between a wild rocky mountain range. In the background these steep mountains rise up to 1100 meters. One can find ibexes and rare high mountain plants there.
The place is quaint with a beautiful stream running through it.
In the Café Oiseau sur sa bronche you can enjoy delicious organic products.

The starting point is a campsite that you cannot pass through. The route is closed with a gate. Walked the other way. Very beautiful, quite spicy and stony here and there. At the end again at the campsite gate. We went illegally through a gate and via the campsite to the parking lot.

Really nice surroundings, unfortunately couldn't finish the tour. Hiking trail partly no longer recognizable.
