Borgo, the most important town of the Valsugana, is the most remarkable example of an urbanized river landscape in Trentino. The town is crossed by the Brenta River and is characterized by its particular Venetian influence.
The very characteristic place is dominated by the imposing Castel Telvana, which can be seen from afar. Here in Borgo also begins the south ascent to passo Manghen, which rightly claims the title "grande salita del Trentino".
