The church in Wyszków Węgrowski was built in 1788 at the initiative of the Lithuanian sword-bearer Aleksander Maciej Ossoliński. The building is oriented, brick and plastered. The three-part façade is similar to the parish church in Węgrów. It is decorated with pilasters and a gable with volutes and figures of saints placed on the sides. Above the portal there is a foundation plaque with the date of foundation, the Topór coat of arms and the founder's monogram.
