This is a church built in the years 1731–1744 in the Baroque style. Inside, attention should be paid to the beautifully painted ceiling and the wealth of paintings surrounding the side altars. The main altar is decorated with an icon of the Virgin Mary with the Infant Jesus.

Other valuable monuments include the bell from 1749 and a silver chalice from 1636 with 36 engraved letters, probably representing their donors. The organ in the choir was once part of the Sąpolin Church.
