Suncadia is a golf and mountain resort in Cle Elum that has a nice paved pedestrian/bicycle trail system completely separated from their roads. Yes, some of it goes through ridiculously steep terrain, but most of it is relatively flat and tends to wind through the trees rather than stick right next to the road.
