In the flooded pits of Längban, diving is regularly organized by the Lingban Diving Association. Cave divers from all over the world come here to experience the preserved mining environment. The water is crystal clear, cold and low in oxygen, and as a consequence everything that was left behind when the mine closed in 1972 remains intact. Today it offers a well-known and unique world-class diving experience.
