Very nicely developed and well-maintained facility.
On the premises there is a small tower with a view of the crops and a small roof with a table and a fireplace. There is lighting under the roof but no sockets. I saw some on the wall of the administration building. Similarly with water. It seems to me that it should be at the back of the building, because that's where the hose leading to the small decorative pond ran.
There is something like an arboretum on the entire facility. Almost every growing tree or bush has its own board with a description.
A small note, the tower is accessed more by a ladder than stairs. The descent was more difficult than the ascent.
