: In this place 20 years ago on January 6, 1945, Stefan Migdalski, 12, and two Soviet partisans with unknown surnames were burned alive by the Nazi Gestapo. Honor to their memory. After the execution, when the Germans were already certain that no one in the barn was alive, they tied the rest of the Migdalski family to a horse-drawn wagon and in the middle of the night, barefoot, in a frost of several degrees, led them towards Włocławek.
