The Rursee is a picturesque spot nestled in the pristine nature of the Eifel National Park. Surrounded by a unique landscape, it offers perfect opportunities for leisure and relaxation. Here are some highlights:

Bicycle tour around the Rursee: A 27-kilometer route runs all the way around the lake. Hikes: The lake can also be explored on foot. A classic hike leads along the shore. For more challenging hikers, there are routes over the wooded hills with impressive views of the lake landscape.

Swimming spots: On hot summer days, many people are drawn to the swimming spots around the Rursee. Particularly popular are the Rurseezentrum Rurberg, the Woffelsbacher Bucht (Bay of Rurberg), the Sonnenstrand Eschauel (Sun Beach) and the Einruhr Nature Adventure Pool.
