The stone lookout tower and chapel of St. The cross in one was built on Hostýn by Matice svatohostýnská in 1897. The round structure originally bore a lookout tower and the name of Emperor František Josef I. During the century, the tower was removed and replaced by a viewing terrace from which you can overlook a nice part of Moravia - primarily the undulating Hostýnské vrchy on one side and the flat Hana on the other.
