The ruins of the high and late medieval castle Hütting is located on a steep 440 m above sea level. NHN high rocky ridge high above the Rennertshofener district Hütting in the district Neuburg-Schrobenhausen in Upper Bavaria. From the Spornburg, except for a wall of the former palace, only traces of terrain have been preserved.

The rock spur with the ruins protrudes impressively into the glacial valley of the Danube. Today there is only an eight meter high and one meter thick wall right on the rock. It is believed that the castle dates from around 1300 and was developed as a residence.
