Mount Hood towers around the surrounding hillsides as it peers toward Santa Rosa. The trail to the top is anything but easy, but if you're determined to get to the top, you'll be able to make it with a couple hike-a-bike sections. The downhill is a blast, but be aware that hikers utilize the trail as well.
Gunsight Rock serves as the main overlook on Mount Hood, but bikes can't go there. If you come back for a hike, make sure to check out that rocky outcroup.
