The Pantano de Elche is a historic reservoir that holds back the waters of the Vinalopó River. Its construction began in 1632 and, although it has suffered several damages over the years, it remains a place of interest.
Climb from the reservoir of the Elche reservoir to the Castellar de la Morera, also known as Castellar d'Elx, where you will find the ruins of an 8th-century Muslim settlement.
