Rurally located chapel, diagonally located opposite number 16. According to the inscription, the facade stone was built in 1858 by pastor P.J. The Saedeleer. In 1972, design plans were drawn up for the restoration of the chapel. The current condition after the major renovation and partial rebuilding in 1994, commissioned by pastor R. Van Den Berge (see second facade stone), differs greatly from the previous design. According to archive photo, previously simpler, whitened brick construction with printed pointed arch-shaped doorway under ditto niche in blunt gable.
Rectangular chapel with three-sided closure under a slate gable roof, now between roofs on shoulder pieces and with spout-shaped top. Brick construction on a bluestone plinth enriched with natural stone, including for the surrounding bands and frames of the round-arched door and side windows. Top of the facade with decorative anchor. Original facade stone (1858) above the plinth to the right of the door.

The chapel is now built of brick on a bluestone plinth, with ornate natural stone accents around the round-arched doorway and side windows. The chapel has a rectangular plan with a three-sided closure and a slate gable roof between eaves, crowned with a spout-shaped finial and a decorative anchor.
