The 2.5 km long barefoot path begins at the car park of Tilbeck Abbey at a shoe rack. The circular path around the site leads along forest paths and fields. Tactile paths allow the feet to come into contact with different types of flooring. You can also tread water and give your feet a black make-up in the mud pool (and wash it off again at the fountain at the starting point).
Stations for perception with eyes and ears enrich the experience. The charming landscape of the Baumberge, the interesting surroundings of the abbey and encounters with other people make a hike along the barefoot path an enriching experience.
The Tilbeck barefoot path can be used during the day from the beginning of April to mid-October. Use is free.
