Tracing a tour in a post-rain period, I came across this piece of road which from the map seemed to be asphalted but instead turned out to be a spectacular dirt stretch. At the time of writing the road is easily passable even by racing bike, it is in such excellent condition. Absolutely not to be missed, it can be reached from the small village of Pra di Roburent or from San Giacomo di Roburent. The La Maddalena refuge is fantastic, more or less halfway through the route.
