Previously, it may have been passable, but now it's just a swamp and all the bypasses are blocked by fallen trees. It's passable, but it's highly not recommended. The other road is even worse.
4/5 on the Goven scale in dry weather (maybe lower in summer). 6/5 in wet weather.
Perhaps the situation will improve in summer, but I won't drive here anymore, fortunately there are better alternatives.
