The road continues through the lush valley of the Gor River, passes the hamlet of Los Apolos, and the paved road ends at the houses of Las Juntas. The next section is a long climb along well-surfaced forest tracks and a few kilometers of paved road at the end in Calar Alto. It's important to keep the route track because there are many crossroads and signs indicating different spots and places of interest in the Sierra de Baza Natural Park.
