Vila Christina is a beautifully designed complex with bungalows, some of which can be booked through the usual portals. There are also houses that are owned and mostly inhabited by Germans or rented out. In the middle of the complex there is a main building (currently abandoned) with a pool. Perhaps this will also be renovated. A huge stretch of beach and a beach restaurant are also part of it.
Otherwise, new bungalows are being built in the third row and the old ones are being renovated. In a few years it will be even nicer there, but it is already an absolute recommendation if you don't want to check into the TUI strongholds.
