Salamina is the largest city and capital of the island of the same name. The city is located on the western side of the island, at the mouth of the bay of Salamina.
It is one of the largest island settlements in Greece. One of the most important attractions of the area is the chapel of Prophet Ilias, with its panoramic view and the best sunset of the island.
