The transformer station, designed in 2024 to mark the anniversary, is located directly on the cycle path. The design is reminiscent of the public assembly in Frohnhofen on April 9, 1849. Around 3,000 people demonstrated at the time for more participation and for a new constitution.

After the Bavarian state parliament had adopted the basic rights formulated in Frankfurt's Paulskirche in January 1849, it was now up to the Bavarian King Maximilian II to agree to this constitution. To convince him, meetings were held all over the country, including in Frohnhofen. 3,000 people came to the meeting organized by Kilian Müller, landlord of the local brewery, on April 9."
