The city is centered on the north shore of the canal of Bizerte, linking the Mediterranean Sea to Lac de Bizerte. The old harbor is definitely the most charming place in Bizerte, with its unique architecture, colorful houses, and boats. Next to it is the medina, with its narrow streets surrounded by white and blue houses. I would say it's worth staying the night and wandering about.
