The town hall square is located on the main street in the center of Annweiler. The Protestant town church with a church tower is attached to the old town hall. A few benches have been set up and invite you to linger, next to them there are information boards about the town of Annweiler. At the other end of the market square is an ice cream parlor with a large outdoor terrace, where the water ripples in the fountain. Opposite there are various shops. Market day is here on certain days.
