I would not recommend walking on Brühl's Terrace because there are so many tourists. It is better to walk below along the banks of the Elbe and also admire the beautiful silhouette of the old town.

The Brühl Terrace, or Brühl Terrace, is an architectural ensemble and a tourist attraction in Dresden. It is located in the city center in the Old Town and stretches approximately 500 meters along the Elbe River between the Augustus Bridge and the Carola Bridge. The Brühl Terrace is also known as the Balcony of Europe. The term was coined at the beginning of the 19th century and later widely used in literature. (Source: Wikipedia)

The sightseeing highlight of Dresden par excellence. Not recommended when the weather is very good, as there are simply too many people out and about. Especially beautiful in the morning or later in the evening.
