Pieve di Livinallongo is the main town and administrative center of the municipality of Livinallongo del Col di Lana, which corresponds to one of the largest Ladin valleys in the Dolomites region. Through this valley flows the river Cordevole, which rises on the Pordoi Pass. This picturesque village in a sun-drenched location is dominated by the bell tower of the church, which stands proudly above the roofs of the surrounding houses.
