The church of Santa Eulàlia is the parish of the entire municipality of Palau de Santa Eulàlia. It appears as parish in different diocesan gazetteers since the 14th century. It is a construction from the end of the Romanesque period, built approximately during the 13th-14th centuries following the Cistercian typology. The fortification work that was done on top of the temple dates from the 17th-18th centuries, and the sacristy and the bell tower are from the 18th century (the date 1746 appears in a window of the sacristy, and 1757 on the bell tower). . It preserves a very interesting Romanesque baptismal font.
